We have been COR certified since February of 2011 and maintain a solid reputation in our industry. Our certifying partner is the Alberta Association of Safety Partnerships.
Our field crews maintain training in First aid, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Ariel Platforms, CSTS, Ground Disturbance and many other industry specific requirements.
We are also registered with Avetta and ISNetworld as well as many other construction and industry groups. Nordic Fencing is proud to support the fencing industry in Alberta.

Nordic Fencing is committed to ensuring all reasonable precautions are taken to protect employees, the public, the environment and physical assets from any health and safety risks associated with the execution of our business activities. We are committed to providing quality fence products in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and minimizes our potential impact on the environment. All employees have the right to a safe and healthy work environment and Nordic Fencing will strive to eliminate all foreseeable hazards which could result in injury or loss.
In fulfilling this commitment, Nordic Fencing will provide resources to maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with industry standards and legislative requirements. This includes properly maintained tools, equipment and PPE, substituting less harmful products, promoting efficient use of resources and education of employees, customers and suppliers.
Employee of Nordic Fencing, including managers, supervisors and workers are equally responsible for controlling hazards to eliminate or minimize the severity of incidents. Employees are expected to be familiar with and actively involved in the company’s HSE program. This includes practicing and enforcing applicable government legislation and company policies and procedures.
Contractors, suppliers and visitors are equally responsible to contribute to this safe and healthy work environment. Training, awareness and enforcement of relevant company policies and procedures will be provided by Nordic Fencing as required to ensure compliance.
